I bought a MacBook Pro (with Bootcamp) and going to move my HDVrack to the new notebook. So I started with DVrack; HDVupdate, HDV 2.0
But when I install the DVrack software, and want to register.
It said that this code is already used, which is normal.
But I find no way to deactivate my current licence on the old laptop... so I can move it.

Please help.

Go out in your backyard, cup your hands in front of your mouth and yell as loud as you can "Help Me, Adobe."  That will be about as effective as anything else.

Seriously, I think you are going to  have to go through Adobe Support.

Seem to remember a thread on the Serious Magic forum detailing which file needed to be saved and then transplanted. I used it myself at one point with success.

Just can't remember which file it is.
