We have used Ultra for awhile now. We import uncompressed avi files that we export from Adobe Premiere into Ultra. Just recently while exporting from ultra, we have begun to receive the following error.
"Recording was cancled for the following reason:
Render loop failed to render the one of the images
Error dEtail: Unspecific error

Troubleshooting Tips
Verify that your Windows Display Settings are set to True color (32 bit), High Color (16 bit) and True Color (24 bit) are not supported
Install updated drivers for your graphics card (from the card maker's website)

Any Suggestions? We've tried multiple files. It always stops at some point during the exporting process with that error. With each file it seems to stop at different points.
