I'm trying to reinstall Visual Communicator and Visual Communicator Pro upgrade to a new computer. The disks install OK but I can't seem to get any further. I don't have a VC icon on the desktop to start the program. The activation software from Adobe informs me that it can't find VC on the computer.

Any Ideas?

Could be a software conflict.
Start by browsing the install folder and look for the VC's executable file. If it is there you can make a short cut and put it on your desktop to start the program.

Adobe has very little information left on their site, but there are two possible sources of additional help.
